My name is Roddy Mawn. I am 22 years of age and have been a support worker for 4 years now. I also have life experience growing up with a brother who has a intellectual impairment which has given me a passion for helping and understanding others. I’ve worked with people of all different abilities, but the one thing in common that everyone needs is a good support network and someone to call their mate. Someone they can trust, communicate with and most importantly someone they can rely on. Implementing this mindset with the great outdoors allows us to live happier and healthier lives. In todays society its so easy to get caught up in the normal day to day routine and forget how important it is to get outdoors and get back to the basics.
